Cloud computing enables banks like ABN-AMRO to swiftly scale their services.

For example: when Black Friday is closing in and many financial transactions are expected, scaling up payment systems is done with the push of a button.

However once black friday has passed, the cloud needs to be scaled down too... In their mission to maximise efficiency and minimise their carbon footprint ABN-AMRO set out to emphasize environmental awareness towards their global it departments and development teams.

Together with PP Regisseurs and Ge Smit we came up with an interactive episodic personalised video campaign, "The Bob Will Help You Show". Bob helps you to scale down and get a chance to win the glorious "BKISFM" award. 

The campaign guides employees through striking examples, explains acronyms and offers problem solutions that contribute to reducing CO2.

By the last episode, we enabled employees to create personalized video nominations and share them within the ABN network. At the same time, Bob's show kept a score of how many trees employees collectively saved, creating a tangible result for their individual efforts.

The RISE campaign (abbreviation explained by Bob) millions in savings! How many exactly, we can’t say in public, but it's a lot of trees and I'm sure the acronym ROI needs no further explanation...
