Booking.com wanted to use Facebook’s live streaming capabilities to present special, limited time 20 second deals on properties from all countries around the world. Each live streamed special deal needed to re-direct users to the correct place in the booking process.

Booking.com used our API to inject all the special offers in our Canvas system, creating a small ad for every offer. When it was time to go live we created a stream for all the available offers. As property owners from around the world signed up, our platform assembled a whopping 23+ hours of streaming video content from property owners around the globe.

the Customer journey

Starting with a live stream event on Facebook with a loads of attraction and customer support on the ready. We used the same data as injected into our platform to redirected users to the right place in the booking process, at the right time. Arrived on the site they were able to complete their booking, seal the deal and pre-enjoy their upcoming travel adventures.
